In Typography II, we were given an essay for the first half, and then you have to find another text to finish the book. when you finish the first essay, you come to the split page. You turn the book upside down and turn to page one (technically the last page, but will be numbered 1) to begin the second essay. For the second text, I wanted to stick to graphic design books, so I started researching different ones. I found Digital Colour in Graphic Design By Ken Pender. It focuses on the scanning, creation and manipulation of images to processing for different color output devices. In result, I produced a book that is two books in one.
